Sarah received a BFA in dance from Cornish College of the Arts in 1994. Her love of movement, anatomy and kinesiology inspired her to attend massage school to further her understanding of the body and its ability to heal. She graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage (now Cortiva Institute) in 1996. In addition, Sarah has taken numerous seminars to further develop her injury assessment and treatment skills. Since 2004, she has been intensively studying the work of Dr. Jean-Pierre Barral, D.O., the developer of Visceral Manipulation, through The Barral Institute and The Upledger Institute.
